Zach Lowe, Founder & Principal

Zach Lowe has over 18 years of experience providing research, analysis, and development consulting services to a wide variety of public and private sector clients.

Zach's expertise in real estate market research, opportunity and feasibility analysis, and development planning has led him to client engagements in dozens of markets spanning 23 states. He has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors with clients that include municipalities, planning agencies, private builders, large development companies, lenders, and investors, to provide market insights and market-driven, community-enhancing development strategies.

Zach's expertise spans both the residential and commercial sectors and includes urban, suburban, and rural markets. His insights have helped municipalities shape their futures and create sensible, community-enhancing land use plans based on market realities and potentials.

Zach has written and spoken on a variety of real estate and economic development topics. In 2007, he was awarded the highly-regarded MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing) designation, representing the highest attainable level of expertise in residential real estate marketing, from the National Association of Home Builders. Zach is also a member of Lambda Alpha International, the honorary society for the advancement of land economics.

In addition to his work in the real estate industry, Zach serves as the current Chair of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Center for Urban Life & Culture, an academic organization that provides enhanced educational experiences to college students utilizing the City of Chicago as a teaching tool.
